How cases and billing work
What counts as a case
One shipment or presentation under one Letter of Credit. Rechecks and corrections on an existing case never use another case.
Single cases never expire
Purchased single cases stay available until you use them, even without a plan.
Monthly cases roll over
Each month's cases are usable for 90 days from grant, so up to 3 monthly allocations can be held at once. The oldest expires first; nothing rolls beyond that.
Order cases are used in
1. Your company's free full check 2. Monthly cases, soonest expiring first 3. Purchased single cases
Cancelling
Cases already granted stay usable until they expire. No new monthly cases are added.
No surprise charges
Nothing is charged automatically when you run out. Buy an extra single case for $12 whenever you need one.

What does the free check include?
Today: a free Letter of Credit snapshot — key terms, deadlines, required documents and watch-outs. At launch: one complimentary full document check per company, checking your shipping documents against the Letter of Credit.
Do my buyer, supplier or forwarder need to pay?
No. Invited collaborators are always free and only see the issues you share.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing. Cases already granted stay usable until they expire.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact hello@lccheck.com. Unused cases from a refunded payment are removed; cases already in use stay open.
Does LCCheck mean my bank will accept the documents?
No. LCCheck is a pre-check to support your review. Your bank examines documents independently.
Who can buy?
Only your company's owner can buy cases, change plans or manage billing.
