Your Letter of Credit documents stay under your control.

LC files contain commercial terms, prices and counterparties. These are the controls in place today.

• Private storageUploaded files are kept in private storage, organised per organisation and check. There are no public file links.
• Explicit access onlyTeammates see checks in their organisation. Outside collaborators see only the check you invite them to, with view or respond rights you choose. Transaction parties never get access automatically.
• Restricted checksA check can be limited to named participants, even inside your organisation.
• No AI trainingYour documents are used only to provide your checks, corrections and reports. We do not use your files to train AI models.
• Retention and deletionFiles follow a stated retention period. You can delete a check and its files, and delete your account.
• Staff do not browse documentsLCCheck staff roles give no default access to customer documents. Admin actions are recorded in an append-only audit log, and the admin area requires two-factor sign-in.
• Values you confirmChecks run on the key terms you confirm next to their source page, so a misread value can be corrected before any check runs.
