Terms
The terms for using LCCheck: accounts, Letter of Credit checks, plans and payments, acceptable use, liability and how to contact ICPLeads, Inc.
Last updated 17 October 2026.
The service
LCCheck is provided by ICPLeads, Inc.. By using it you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you use it for.
LCCheck is a pre-check to support your own review of a Letter of Credit and its documents. Your bank examines documents independently.
LCCheck is not bank approval, legal advice, a payment guarantee or an amendment of your Letter of Credit. It cannot confirm that documents are original or authentic. Agreement inside LCCheck does not amend a Letter of Credit or create a bank waiver.
Free tools
Free tools are general guidance, not legal advice or a check of your credit. Results may be incomplete.
If you ask us to email a result, you confirm you may share the details you entered, including names of trade parties, and you agree we may store them and contact you about that result and LCCheck as described in our Privacy Policy.
Checks and coverage
There are two check types: a Readiness Check of a Letter of Credit, and a Presentation Check of documents against it. Each uses one credit and includes up to 5 rechecks of the same check.
Checks cover only the supported documents and conditions shown in the app. Missing, unreadable or unsupported items are shown as not checked, and the result is then incomplete.
Prices and credits
Your first check is free. After that: $29 per single check; Pro $249/month or $2,388/year for 30 checks a month; Business $599/month or $5,748/year for 100 checks a month. Enterprise plans are by separate contract.
One check covers one Letter of Credit case for one specific transaction or presentation. A new shipment or presentation, including under a revolving or transferable credit, is a new check.
There are no seat fees and no automatic extra charges. Monthly credits stay usable for 90 days from when they are granted. Single checks never expire.
Credits are used in this order: the free first check, then monthly credits that expire soonest, then single checks. Each check is paid for by one organisation, chosen when it starts. Invited guests never pay.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. On annual plans, credits are still added monthly. Cancelling stops the next renewal and no new credits are added after the paid period; credits you already have keep their expiry. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Your cases and reports stay accessible after a plan ends.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Annual prepayments are not automatically refundable. Write to hello@lccheck.com.
Your responsibilities
Upload only documents you are allowed to share. Check and confirm the details LCCheck reads before relying on them, and choose carefully what you share with others.
Owners and admins of an organisation control who joins it and who outside it is invited. You are responsible for activity under your organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware or harmful files, try to get around limits or access controls, use the service to break the law, or resell it without our written agreement.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using LCCheck and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
Disclaimer and liability
LCCheck is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will find every discrepancy or that a bank will accept your documents.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, refused presentations or delayed payments, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will give signed-in users notice before meaningful changes take effect. Continuing to use LCCheck after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
